Treatment in Naturopathy for Premature Wrinkles on FacePremature Wrinkles On face

A lot of people do get worried when they see these unsightly wrinkles on their skin. The fact is, more and more people have to face this problem with today's lifestyles.

Causes

  • Exposure to ultraviolet light
  • Pollutants
  • Cigarette smokning
  • Ozone depletion

Food To Be Added

  • Food high in antioxdants such as bluebrerries, red kidney beans, prunes, plums & apples.
  • Eating cucumber, papaya, spinach, beetroot prevents wrinkle formation.
  • Orange, grape fruit, tomato, broccoli, cauliflower, guava, brussels and sprouts boost collagen production being rich in Vitamin Cand helps keep skin firm.
  • Beans, flaxseed and walnuts are having helpful proteins to directly benefit the health of your skin.
  • Include food rich in Vitamin A (carrots, apricots and ripe mangoes), Vitamin k (cabbage, alfalfa, yoghurt etc) Vitamin Erich foods (sweet potato, almonds).

Avoid

  • Neverrub the face skin too hard or use hot water to was your face, as this will cause skin damage.
  • Avoid sugary and refined foods & quit smoking.

External Application

  • Application of carrot and cucumber juice is good for skin.
  • Apply milk as it contains Alfa-hydroxide acids that eliminate dead cells and stimulate collagen growth which reduces wrinkls.
  • Mix two tablespoons of papaya with a spoonful of dry oatmeal. Apply to face and leave it for 10 minutes, was it off.
  • Apply wheat germ or rosehip oil. Application of aloe vera gel is also good.
  • Boil cauliflower until it is soft. Make a cauliflower puree and apply it directly to the face.
  • Take a ripe banana, cut & mash it into paste. Get few leaves of cabbage and grind it in a mixer to get a paste. Apply this paste on your face. Let it dry for 30min. Then was the face with normal water.

Do's:

  • Drink plenty of water as it is the main weapons in the battle against wrinkels, have good sleep.
  • Wash your face with water whenever possible.
  • Practicing yoga, pranayama and meditation increases circulation and trains your muscles to release unnecessary tension.
  • Laughing therapy is an easiest way of reducing wrinkes.
  • Regular facial massage followed by facial steam helps in reduction of fine lines.

Note: Wrinkles usually take 30 years to develop and are slow to remove. These tips should be followed by Naturopathic cleansing treatments.
