What is Blood Pressure ?
Blood which is flowing in arteries, exerts pressure on the arterial wall, known as blood pressure.
What is hypertension ?
High blood pressure or hypertension means that the person has a systolic and diastolic blood pressure higher than what is considered normal for his age. Person having systolic blood pressure equal or more than 140mm/Hg and diastolic blood pressure equal or more than 90 mm/Hg is kwon as Hypertension.
